Kuwait “Motor Town”
54 km south of Kuwait City, directly on Highway 40, a 267-hectare area was developed by the “Al Maousherji Catering Company.” In addition to numerous business and leisure facilities, a FIA Grade 1 racetrack (F1 certified) was built on a 79-hectare area. Furthermore, a dragstrip, a CIK kart track, a driving safety center, and various off-road tracks were constructed. Kuwait Motor Town was created with a budget of approximately 148 million euros and will be a multifunctional facility. For this planning, the project team also relied on VESTRA.
